RETURN POLICY:
At CostumeStore.com, we do our best to ensure your satisfaction when purchasing from us. However, if you feel that you need to return an item, we want to help make this an easy and hassle-free process for our customers. To be subject for return, an item must be:
- in the same condition as when it arrived
- in its intact original packaging
- unworn and without signs of wear
- items must not have been washed or altered in any way
- not missing any parts or items
- an eligible return item (see below for non-returnable items)
Return shipments must be post-marked within 30 days of the shipment delivery date. Items returned or exchanged outside of 30 days are not eligible for a refund. You do NOT need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. However, you must inform Customer Service of your return via email or phone call. Items that are returned without customer service authorization are not eligible for a refund. CostumeStore.com does not issue return labels in your order shipment, via mail, or via email. However, you are welcome to use whichever method of return shipping you see fit - standard UPS Ground or regular USPS mail.

*ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are given for the cost of the merchandise only. CostumeStore cannot reimburse for costs of shipping - return shipping or the original shipping charge. We apologize for any inconvenience on this matter.
**If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a customer may receive only a 50% refund on the cost of the merchandise, or the item may be returned to the customer. Also, if an item is returned without customer service authorization, no refund will be given.
- Wigs
- Facial hair - beards, mustaches, and brows
- Cosmetics - makeup, face paint, eyelashes, glitter, spirit gum, etc.
- Undergarments and lingerie
- Gloves, socks, and hosiery
- Children's footwear
- Prosthetics of any kind
- Any item worn in the mouth, such as teeth
- Accessories such as jewelry, ears, and noses
- Party supplies, prop accessories
- Mascots or any oversized items needing special delivery
- Costumes that have been worn, accessories that have been used
Please Note: whether the packaging is unopened or opened, these items are a final sale and are not returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience. If an item is returned without customer service authorization, the item(s) will not be eligible for a refund.

To return item(s) outside of the Halloween season:
Step 1: Check to see if the item you wish to return is a returnable item (see above for list of non-returnable items).
Step 2: Contact our friendly Customer Service team to receive return authorization.
Customer Service is available Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm CST by phone at 1-800-909-7867 or by email at customerservice@costumestore.com.
Step 3: Wait to receive a return authorization and return instructions from Customer Service.
** Returns MUST include the invoice packing slip that was included in your original shipment. Without this invoice, CostumeStore cannot guarantee your refund.
If you received an item that is a different size than that which you ordered, or if you received an item that is defective, you must contact CostumeStore customer service and notify us of the issue.
Please note: if an item is returned without customer service authorization, or if an item is returned outside of the 30 day return deadline, the item(s) will be ineligible for a refund.
Refused shipments are returned to sender, and may take up to 14 business days to process after our warehouse receives the shipment.
Please note: both Returns and refused shipments are subject to the 15% restocking fee during the refund process.
